Paid trial
In this help article, we'll show you how to offer a paid trial to your customers.
Offering a paid trial instead of a free trial can have several benefits for businesses.
A paid trial can help filter out users who are not serious about using the service or product, while also demonstrating the full value to those who are willing to pay.
This can lead to more committed customers who are willing to pay for the full service, potentially increasing revenue.
Additionally, trial pricing can be set at a discounted rate to encourage users to commit to the full service once the trial period is over.
Please note: Paid trials only work on payment plans and subscriptions.
How to set up a paid trial period for my one page checkout?
You can set a period of days to allow your customers to try your product or service for a discounted price.
Your customers will be charged the trial pricing immediately followed by the full amount as soon as the trial period ends.
If your customers wish to cancel the subscription or payment plan during the trial period, they can do so in their customer portal.
