How to create forms

In this help article, you’ll learn how to create forms using Checkout Page.

With Checkout Page, you can easily create customized forms to capture your customer information or create lead magnets.

Use forms to capture leads, register guests, collect feedback and more.

You can share Form pages directly with your customers, embed them on your website and landing pages or add them to any stage of your sales funnel (pre or post-sale).

Create your first form

  1. Click Create page from your dashboard top right
  2. Select Form

3. Add a title

4. Choose your layout and click create form

5. You will then be taken to the edit view of your form page. Once ready, click Share & embed to publish your form!

File downloads

You can add files onto your page to create lead magnets, and for your customers to download after submission.
